With a lifelong dream of starting a car company, Spencer holds a BEng Motorsport Engineering degree and a Graduate Entrepreneur Visa from Oxford Brookes University. Combining his childhood dream with a concern for climate change, his goal is to be at the forefront of the sustainability revolution.
Kyle graduated from University California Davis with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree. His experience in EV R&D during his time at Ford and composites skills gained through his engineering roles at Alliance Spacesystems give him unique insight into the core technologies behind the Beckman product family.

Sally brings a wealth of automotive industry experience from Motorsport, OEM, and start-up backgrounds, and carries an equally strong desire to innovate within the mobility sector and create a cleaner future. She is as much of a petrol head as she is an outspoken activist against global climate change.
Mona is no stranger to the EV and micromobility sectors, with a previous role as Creative Director of Swedish EV start-up Uniti. A passionate creative expert, she loves to collaborate with teams to bring brands to life and excels at translating brand strategy framework into compelling creative narratives.
Graphic Design Consultant
Greg is a talented graphics design professional specialising in SME work, from brochures to branding using both traditional and digital media. When he’s not working on automotive projects, he enjoys creating photorealistic art for personal clients or leading art classes for children with autism.

Board Advisor (Royal Society, Entrepreneur in Residence)
Charles has broad experience in tech and business development in Blue chip start-ups including Johnson Matthey, Cookson Group, ERA, Siemens Magnet Tech, Capteur Sensors, P2i and YASA Ltd, where he was Operations Director. His skillset ranges from technical and business know-how to personal and team performance optimisation.

Allan has focused on urban mobility and climate change as head of the Oxford Brookes University Sustainable Vehicle Engineering Centre and has experience with OEM EV projects including the Mini E. His passion for sustainable mobility has driven his academic career for the last 20+ years.

Russell is an Oxford Brookes alumni with 20+ years experience in the automotive industry. Having trained as an engineer, he worked in vehicle manufacturing before progressing into HR roles for BMW Group and Nissan. A passionate car enthusiast, he now runs his own HR consultancy business.
